Company structure
One parent company. Distinct identities beneath it.
synnc. owns and operates the businesses and products below. Each keeps its own name, its own identity and its own website — the parent company is what connects them, not what absorbs them.
The structure of the synnc. ecosystem. synnc. is the parent technology company. It has two business branches: synnc. agency, its first operating business, and synnc. products, which includes synnc.live. Syed Haris is Founder and Technical Lead — a leadership relationship to the parent company rather than a separate business.

synnc. agency and synnc. products are separate branches of the parent company — products are not beneath the Agency. The founder relationship is one of leadership, shown on its own connector because it is not another business.
How to read it
What the structure actually means.
Ownership, identity and responsibility are three different things. The diagram above separates them deliberately.
Ownership runs downwards
synnc. owns the Agency outright and owns its products outright. Nothing in the diagram is a partnership, a joint venture or an affiliation.
Identity stays local
The Agency is emerald. synnc.live is blue. synnc. is deep purple. A shared owner does not mean a shared colour, and each property's website is designed on its own terms.
Leadership sits beside, not below
Syed Haris leads the company's technical direction. That is a relationship to the parent, which is why his node hangs from a dashed line rather than the business bar.
Room to grow
A structure built for what comes next.
The company is deliberately organised so that a new business or a new product can take its place without the diagram being redrawn.
Everything shown above exists today and has a destination you can visit. Nothing is a projection.
As synnc. grows, further businesses and products will appear here with real names and real websites. Until then, this page shows the company exactly as it is — which is the point of publishing it at all.
